Take CARE of yourself Fridays!

We are very aware that this is a challenging time for both parents and children. With this in mind, we would like to introduce CARE FRIDAYS. Each Friday take care of yourself and your families by participating in some of these activities that will help everyone unwind, relax and enjoy having some time with each other. We will post each week some activities to try. We hope you enjoy! Please let us know which ones you try and send us some lovely pics!
