Access information

St. Patrick’s School Website




When you arrive on the St. Patrick’s school website you can access the necessary class information by selecting the tab for ‘Children ‘at the side bar. From here you must click on ‘Year Group Pages’ then select the relevant year group.

On this page you will find up to date work, information and help sheets/tutorials to accompany work.

Please visit the different subject tabs to find work set.

Purple Mash




When you click on the link for Purple Mash you will be invited to log into the website.

When you log in, please select the ‘2Do’s’ tab at the top of the page. This will give you a list of the tasks set for each pupil.

Active Learn / Bug Club


Through the Active Learn website students can access the books they have been assigned through Bug Club.

Our amazing pupils have been studying the Titanic at home, here are some great examples of their work.

Peer Maths in P6 'Learning Together in Mathematics'

Team Building Event at Girdwood for P6, the children had a great time.

Business in the Community have donated lots of goodies for our school. Thank you!, the children had a great time planting and working with natural materials!

Forest school week 6 powerpoint

Week 6 of Forest school, we had a great time building swan nests. Lots of fun playing in the park at the end and ice cream on our way home!

Day 5 of our Forest Schools Project - maths in the outdoors, we estimated lengths as well as area and perimeter calculated using measuring tapes, measured each otheran ordered from shortest to tallest. Lots of mathematical language, another lucky day with the weather too!

Day 4 of Forest Schools and what a beautiful sunny day. We used potato peelers, tent pegs, elder and wool to create bug homes - brilliant session! Oh and check out some of the goodies from our very own kit bag which we were presented with.

Day 3 of Forest School - den building some great structures and fantastic team work displayed.

Day 2 of our forest schools project, another great afternoon with lots of creativity displayed by the children. Wet feet, tired legs and lots of fun!

P6TM are involved in an exciting project wherein we are bringing our learning outdoors for the next six weeks. Each Tuesday afternoon we are going to the waterworks with Brian from Forest Schools NI.

P6TM celebrating the feast of St Brigid with our assembly

P6TM Thanks to all the grandparents for visiting our class to celebrate 'Grandparents Day, we hope you enjoyed your visit as much as we enjoyed all the singing, dancing and laughing!

P6TM had a great day at the Odyssey Arena watching the Belfast Classic Basketball Hall of Fame 2018 games. Delighted that one of our teams; the Buffalo Bulls won their game! A great atmosphere and lots of fun had by all. Thanks to Brogan and Ciaran from Ulster University for looking after us!

P6RL Writing Workshops with Seaview P.S

P6RL are taking part in The BEARS project at Belfast Activity Centre.

During our Bush Tracker session we uncovered a skeleton called Edward and a Greyhound called Roxy.

Don't try this at home! Using cotton wool, sticks and a steel flint, we mastered the art of lighting a camp fire.

Finally , we managed to get the fire lit!

Week 4 of The BEARS project at Belfast Activity Centre. Some pupils took part in a Bush Tracker Session at Barnett's Park. Each week we are working on different skills : communicating, problem solving, working together, managing feelings and planning.


After great teamwork and perseverance the group enjoyed celebratory s'mores.
